How to read IoD 2025
England has 33,755 neighbourhoods based on 2021 Lower-layer Super Output Areas. Decile 1 contains the 10% most deprived neighbourhoods and decile 10 the 10% least deprived. This is relative neighbourhood context: it cannot identify deprived people, measure affluence or show absolute change over time.
VCFease uses only reviewed organisation, service, venue or delivery locations. Person and volunteer home postcodes are outside the Observatory geography model.

Version and correction note
The official reference is pinned as IoD2025-v2-official, published 30 October 2025 and corrected 17 November 2025. The correction assigns LSOA E01027305 to West Northamptonshire (E06000062), not Cherwell. Synthetic pilot distributions are stored under a different, visibly fictional reference and never presented as official postcode lookup results.
